The designed built environment impacts on our safety, health and wellbeing, and also on the natural environment around us. Through imaginative, interdisciplinary, cross-sector partnership programmes and exemplar projects, the Solent Centre for Architecture + Design drives up design quality, raises awareness of its importance and inspires everyone to value the changes it can make in their lives. Through our work we build bridges between private sector developers, local authorities and local communities, inspire young people to see its value and harness the latest technology to engage them in new and exciting ways. We challenge notions about what is possible in the public realm and make the debate about its future relevant to a diverse audience.

Aim

The aim of the Patron scheme is to bring together businesses and individuals who share the vision, values and aspirations of the Solent Centre for Architecture + Design (SCA+D) and who want to help the organisation in raising the quality of the built environment in the south east.   In return for their support, Patrons receive benefits including invitations to all major events and an exclusive annual event.

We are grateful to our current patrons:

Peter Barker-Mill Memorial Charity

   Gifford

    Morgan Ashurst
