Visit to the Savill Building

On Tuesday 6th and Wednesday 7th November the whole of Year 8 from St. Anne's Catholic School in Southampton visited the Stirling Prize finalist Savill Building in Windsor Great Park designed by Glenn Howells Architects.

The students were treated to an engaging and informative talk by the project architect Matthew McGrory from Glenn Howells Architects before being given time to explore the building for themselves.

The students were asked to work in teams to gather as much information about the building as they could to enable them to write a report of their visit once back in the classroom.

Many thanks to both the Savill Building staff and Matt McGrory for supporting this visit.
